Using my research to offer people new lines of thinking and potential leverage. Thanks to my past professional experience, I am able to combine in-depth expertise in high-quality (participatory) research with a good knowledge of quantitative research, on one hand, while supporting the marketing campaigns of our clients, on the other.

Since the very beginning of my career, I have wanted to use my skills for more socially relevant projects. I strongly believe that managers can only make good decisions when they have the right information. And that’s where I want to make a difference.

In that sense, my greatest achievement was coordinating a research project in order to better understand young people with a low level of education and thus to better assist them in finding a job. It was a European project, with both qualitative and quantitative components in Brussels, and involved benchmarking via government employment services in Germany, Austria and Wallonia.

Most difficult change was…

I had to get together a group of low-educated young people from Brussels for the JongerenLaboJeunes study, involving three entire days of dialogue and participation. That took a lot of work: handling all the practical aspects (scheduling, transport, finding the right support, …), identifying a core theme and moderating discussions about backgrounds that were atypical and highly diverse (and resolving misunderstandings between a young person from the Saint-Hubert youth detention centre, and another one who had started his education at the Saint-Hubert school).
